Items that are in stock are usually shipped within 1 - 2 business days. Some products are available in a central warehouse, and can be shipped within 2 - 5 business days. Expected processing time (this is the time between the receipt of your payment and the shipment of your order) is listed with each product. If an item cannot be shipped within this timeframe, we will inform you as soon as possible. All products can be returned to us within 10 days after you received them, without giving any reason. The goods must be in original state and in original, undamaged packaging. Returned goods will be exchanged or refunded within 7 days after we have received the returned products. The costs for the return shipment can be refunded to you via a discount on your next purchase. Make sure that you are using the cheapest possible shipping method, and that you can provide us with proof of payment.
